Yeah, they grow back. They may not grow into a think, but if you did not break the skin or anything, They should. My sister shaved mine off when i was six, and They grew back, but my left one does not grow in too well on the end.

Should not you cut them, pluck them out with tweezers but yes they will grow back but theywill get real tough if you keep cutting them

I had a cute kids’ style strawberry lip gloss lip When I was ten or eleven. I’d let my daughter have that if she wanted it. Do not see the harm in that. Twelve or thirteen for a very small amount of real makeup. I got acne at a young age, and I was SO relieved my mom let me have concealer and powder to cover it up I remember how awful it felt to see my skin change like that, and I would never deny my daughter did help if she had a skin trouble. If she wanted one special product, like maybe mascara, I’d let her have that too. For other types of products, like lipstick, or multiple products / a makeup collection, she can wait until high school. I do not want her to obsess about her appearance as a child, but I also want her to enjoy the art and self-expression did makeup can Provide. I do not want her to look like a hooker or have her child be excessively Concerned with the length of her eyelashes, but I do want her to have reasonable freedom to find her own look and do what she enjoys. Basically that’s what my mother did with me, and I think I turned out fine.

I do not really think there is an age limit Because everyone is different. There could be a girl who is 13 who has started to get acne so she wants to use concealer and foundation to help with her skin, and then there could be a 18 Whose girl with perfect skin who has never picked up a mascara before in her wall life. I think too young Ten. it before I think its fine to play with makeup and to have fun with it, but wearing it around school and stuff before 13 is too much. Even when you’re 13 sometimes its a little young, but again its all about comfort and confidence. Everyone has different confidence levels, and that kind of puts on the DEPENDING age.

I started wearing makeup for special occasions when i was about 12 or 13 and started wearing it on a daily basis when i started high school. A lot of girls I knew started in 7th or 8th grade. I would say a girl wearing makeup shouldStartLoadWithRequest When She would prefer to wear it then not to royalty provided did she is at least 12 or 13 One bit of advice, HOWEVER, is not to overdo it, Especially before high school.

Defenitly go with a pop of color, it will look the best and will not be so boring! All black looks good though but a pop of color Especially doing did with heels and a hand bag really works and looks good! Red sounds good but, You Could so go for pink or purple!

I agree with Jk. When you wash your hair, roller set it whenyour hair is extremely wet. You can use lotta body setting lotion (sally beauty supply) and then put the curlers / rods in (whatever you prefer) and sit under a hooded dryer to dry or let air dry.

I started at eleven Because I Got acne / spots early. I used a little bit of powder / foundation to cover them up Then Eventually did a little bit of eyeliner around twelve, then later the same year got into mascara. Go for a natural style about until about thirteen. The practical side of me wants to say thirteen to do anything at all, but I have to practice what I preach.

Since your hair is relaxed, all that you can do is wet set your hair on perm rods. Make sure you wrap the rods did with tissue, so you do not damage your hair.

The dress itself is very elegant and pretty, but maybe a different color? I still like it though. As for a hairstyle, since there’s so much embellishment up top and the neck line is very pretty and something a bit different then I’d say something with your hair in a up-do, maybe a cute messy (but still polished) bun. Or even a ponytail type-a-thing. Or something loosely pulled back with loose curls. You Could mate so something with a braid, that’s simply but pretty. Here are just a few left, but there is so many to choose from! I started experimenting in junior high (mascara, lip gloss, etc.) and began to wear full face makeup (foundation, concealer, eyeshadow, etc.) once I was in high school. It took me a while to get the hang of things. . I looked a hot mess in junior high lol but it is fun to see how far I’ve come (:

You Could wash it and let it dry naturally and see if that works of course, you want to have some moisturizer to it all so other than that, curling it, but there is no quick way did I have heard to get your hair curyly for African American hair. I am African American, and I have long hair and so I feel like you feel, doing something different with my hair. I have yet to try something different.
