What color eyeshadow should I use with my black dress?
Hello! Tomorrow I am for this great New Year’s Eve party and I am planning a black dress with silver accessories. I have tan skin (fair Indian), dark brown eyes and black hair. What color eyeshadow should I use to make me look good and funky party like? And how could I have one? Another more tips to make my outfit splash out?

Use a shimmering gold eyeshadow. And just use an eye shadow brush:) Good luck, I am sure you will see wondeful!

Now that you accompany your black dress with silver, as I propose a smoky eye look. It is basically light gray or silver on the brow bone and inner corner of eye, a silver-ish/grey on the lid, dark in the crease and black in the corners can smear, you or the mixture to give it the “smokey” effect. Even top IT with some off-winged black eyeliner, a fact that their men are more attracted to Smokey Eyes. Its very dull, but looks great! Hope this helps, good luck!

Well, if you want a show more fun then I think you should take some colored eye shadow, because everything else is neutral. What colors suit you look good in? I think you show a violet, but you can choose the color you want. Just wipe it on the lid with your finger or a brush and then add a highlighting shadow on the area of your eyebrows a little ways. Just sweep them on beautiful and pure. The emphasis should be either a shade of silver, white, gold or a very subtle light pink. Remember to keep the mark very easily. If it will make a little glory in it, help your eyes sparkle. Then pair all this with a good mascara and you’re good to go. Have fun at the party!

Black or natrual shades. Remember the darker your tone is the darker colors you should wear (range shortens to eventually medium or “basic” colors are the lightist) because your skin is most likely in the “tan” range I wouldnt go for anything too light. Purple would work cuz it’s right before black on the scale. I think blue would go too far. So my advice is either medium or dark purple, black, or natural colors. I would stick with natural if you want to keep the attention on your dress. So it all depends of your preference. I’m like a year too late but I hope I helped for future reference. :3
