What color should I wear eye shadow with a dark blue dress?
My senior prom is soon and I am at a loss what to do with my make-up. My dress is all blue and it displays a blue lighter from a really dark blue. I have a website, the blue mascara makes brown eyes look good, so I read about the use of the plan, but I need help with eyeshadow. Please help!

Silver:) never wear blue eye shadow it just looks funny idk and no one will be at your beautiful eyes are bright eyeshadow but ur shall remain in silence with silver or other colors:)
