Is there a way to old trousers (bigger) to fit hips?

I just received these fabulous designer trousers as a gift, but they only fit If i pull the trousers up to the RIGHT extent where it’s passed on a wedgie! Is there a way to the old pair of trousers that can give the hip circumference more material to make it fit? I have no idea on this one, I only know you can fit the old trouser hip measurements to smaller. How about the other way round? The trousers have a zip, a button (which you bring a horizontal strip of material to button) and then a hook Which you close up once the button is done. It’d be way better than to go onto plan b Which is to lose inches off my waist / hips to do Sun Any suggestions?

yeah u can let em out. . . but only as much as there is fabric left lol. . . if that is not enough i suspect u either have to loose some size off ur hips and waist or u will have to sell em / give them away. . . becaue if ur not willing to loose some and u keep putting it off. . that is a good indication that u wont be ne time soon and its better ot just give em away or sell em since they are probably expensive.

yup, all you have to do is take ‘em to a person who age clothes. or you could just cut a slit in the back around the waist band, and add some fabric (I suggest going to a tailor)

You probably would be able to take off the waist band and may be able to let a little out of one of the hip darts (but remember if you are going to do this you will need to age each dart on each hip as to keep Sun the trousers level). The waist belt could then have a descreet piece of fabric fitted to make it slightly bigger. This is quite a messy job and you may not be able to do it with some fabrics or styles. The alternative is to just the old waist belt but this may make the trousers sit away from your waist but tight on the hip. It’s a tricky one, if they were mine I would probably attempt to age the whole waist belt, but if you are not so sure on how to do it I would pay for a proffessional to avoid ruining a good pair of designer trousers. Good luck!
