I went through the same thing. You have to make from some strengthening exercises. This will get your stomach flatter. Some examples include sit ups, or through an AB-Lounge. I would also recommend that you jump on trampoline exercise, they can make your stomach down. Do not do too much from work, while laying on your back, flatten, because it can. You can also see what you eat, and make sure stick to a diet plan.

Make no mistake. To get a flat stomach, you must first have the commitment. To maintain it, you must have the dedication to keep it.
