Search By Inseam Allows you to search multiple retailers for your exact inseam. They search shopbop, Nordstrom, Gap, Old Navy, Alloy, Delia * s, and more. You might start there. That’s a pretty short inseam, so I think she’ll either need to wear cropped pants as full length, or maybe try a children’s store?
