What store has many different colors of skinny jeans? I also need this one in size?

I really want something hot pink skinny jeans, but the two shops I have seen in (Love, Culture and Forever 21) did not have my size.

    JC Penny carries petite sizes in small or do not have the color of Shure. . . and also you can always cut a little beep price. . I would recommend, JC Penny, and then only against other places like Macy’s or jcrew tailioring

    Forever 21 has them. I know, used Old Navy, but I do not know if they still do.
