How to cure my squeaky shoes?

I have a pair of Adidas Superstars, and they squeak when I take a step, no matter the surface. I rubbed the shoe tongue against the inside of the shoes and makes it a little squeak. I’m pretty sure it’s from the inside of the shoe. What can I do to this annoying sound to heal painful?

  1. Try powder – baby powder, foot powder is – Gold Bond nice. It works for squeaky wood floors.

  2. Normally Squeek goes away as the shoe wears. Try saddle soap where you suspect Squeek ist.Versuchen, washing and drying!

  3. Dry Off Your sweaty feet before it on. . . . DUMP powder on the inside of the shoe, so it will not let the sweaty feet wet. : P

  4. Have the same issue with my Beckenbauer’s, tried everything to fix it but to no avail. It’s actually the tongue itself that squeaks. Got some temporary relief from scrunching the tongue up a few time but the sound just came back.
