Centimeters are good enough. It’s probably the best way to standardize the sizes and do away with the other BS.
Google: “shoe size converter” and see what happens.

In the USA- you would probably wear somewhere between an 8-9. You’re feet are about the same size as mine. I can fit anything from a 7 1/2 to an 8 1/2- sometimes even nine. It depends on the shoe. An 8 1/2- 9 would be safe I think.
