What to wear when visiting a high school diploma?

I’m going to my friends sharing in two days. On a daily basis I wear jeans and a band T-shirt. Is it etiquette, more elegant (like a dress and flats) or will do nice jeans and a nice top? I do not want to look all dressed up as, but I think it should look beautiful.

    just beautiful clothing, do a couple clean, holeless jeans and a nice shirt is.

    I would not wear jeans. Dress casual pants are the go you should.

    Last year I went to school my sisters and I wore a dress and flats. But a nice plate with some nice pants (perhaps offered jeans) would also be in order.

    I would say one would be elegant-ish top and some nice jeans, do it.

    Nice top and jeans with no tears, but maybe wear flats with jeans. and you could curl your hair, polished look that you like more.
