What brand sells girls jeans with the little red eagle logo on top of the right pocket?

As the title says, I have seen many people in my school wearing jeans with what looks like a little red eagle over the right pocket. Im guessing it must be from some chain store, probably in most malls, but I checked American eagle outfitters and their jeans did not have that logo.

It would be very awkward to go up and ask where they got their jeans, so I was wondering if anyone here would know what im talking about? Thanks in advance!
