What color dress would go well with my features?
I have Dark Brown hair, and Dark Brown eyes. With medium – tan skin?
I am thinking a Red colored dress?
For Prom?
Also, just for everyday purpose, what colors of eye makeup do you recommend?

Red, or like a light blue dress would look pretty. make-up, for everyday purpose, you might want to try green maybe(eyeshadow). I don’t know, just an opinion:-)

A red dress would probably be fabulous! And the eye makeup situation: I’d go with hot pink or teal for eyeliner and a lighter shade of eye shadow. By lighter shade I mean like Hot Pink Eyeliner=Baby Pink Eyeshadow. Teal Eyeliner=Sea Green Eyeshadow. For Eyeliner I would you liquid which you can find at Walmart, Hot Topic, etc.

Yes red would look amazing according to how i picture you to look like! Either Red, black, or a dark blue.
Make up: dark blue eye shadow, blue eyeliner, and black mascara.
