What should i wear to a hollywood themed party?

I’m not really a dress/skirt person, so that pretty much rules out uhh everything 0.0;;. The theme is meant to be kinda casual, and you don’t have to go dressed as anyone specific. But im kinda skint and i have no idea what i should wear. Any suggestions?

    Wear skinnys and heels and a cute top.. blonde wig unless ur hairs already blonde and go as paris hilton! lol
