What type of jeans should a stocky guy wear?

Hey Folks,

I’m about 5’9″ and weigh about 250ish. I’m really stocky and have a hard time finding clothes. I’m stuck between XL and XXL. The only pair of jeans I’ve ever been comfortable in were Old Navy Bootcut jeans. I’m looking for something different, more fitting with my body and less baggy. Any help would be great. Thanks for your time.
