How do you your hair color and eyebrows?

I have medium brown colored hair and dark eyebrows. I need an eyebrow pencil in. What color should I use to fill? I do not know if I should use one with red to match my hair or stay with the color of the eyebrows. Should I get a shade lighter than my natural eyebrows? Thanks.
