Go to a proffesional salon and get a deep conditioning treatment or go to a drugstore or Target and get a deep conditioner. Olive oil will help Sun wants pure coconut oil. Do not wash it everyday. Wash as minimal as possible. Now as for the color the only thing you can do is dye over it. I would not suggest you do it yourself. If you feel comfortable with the people you went to go back and talk to the manager. Ususally she / he will have a lot more experience. Or go somewhere else where you feel confident. Since you bleached it whatever color you choose will really pop. Sun choose wisely. Besides do you really want to be a blonde? Tell the hairstylist exactly what you want. Come in with pictures of the color you want. Just make sure to condition the heck out of it. Wait a week or two before dying it again. Im sorry and good luck!!
Use a good conditioner and keep oiled hair after a few weeks you can use a Honey Blonde dye to correct the color
