What is the best brand of hair color, gray coverage?
My gray hairs are not in possession of color very well. I have red hair, and I heard a redhead’s nuances are difficult to dye. Is that true? Even so, what is the best brand of home color to use?

Reds are the hardest to keep color. Not necessarily, but for gray. Some shades of gray, the colors are not good, just because the guy is gray. Stubborn gray color is not good period. Professionals have special colors and products only for the color gray. Do not know “over the counter on white, they do just not as nice as color professional colors.

All gray colors are difficult to handle. What will you need before you go any hair color or even a professional salon Hair Care and ask what must go for a base color you to put your hair before they paint. For long range and well-conditioned hair to go without “permanent” I swear by Clairol natural instincts. No ammonia and silky soft hair. It works very well on my hair, and mine is hard to paint and about 90% gray jetzt.Sie even pack it with a color protecting conditioner that three or four treatments grows out of the Rohr.Mein hair before I over fade to worry. One thing that helps is to avoid shampooing at least 24 hours after staining. This makes the paint stick “better.

I would also like to know the answer to this. I have tried almost every variation of almost every brand and nothing seems to work very well. I can definitely say that the new pretty girl with the Spanish (I have a big brain fart on the brand and the actress), is by far the worst thing I’ve tried. He talks about his color matches your skin tone. Anyway, my grays at full strength within two weeks, I think the best thing for me, so far, the Clairol one that only a level 2 (Natural Instincts?). It takes a little over a month for me, my natural color best fits (reddish brown) and is less harmful (at least seemingly, anyway). For someone that a trademark only in certain stores, please list containing this information. I think we would all appreciate it.

Garnier 100% Color is what I use (about $8). It comes a few shades of red. I go deeper and darker than I want, and it evolves into a nice rich color. I follow a few days after coloring with some highlighting (I use Clairol Frost ‘n Tip), to soften the red color, particularly around my pale complexion. I have short hair, so it can handle the damage incurred by putting these chemicals on my hair. I am certain a good colorist could do very much better than I, but I have too much ADHD for salons. I am allergic to the Garnier Nutrisse product. I have used a number of OTC products and used to really like Clairol Ultress (in Copper Penny), but Clairol discontinued their Ultress line. Too bad. Clairol Perfect 10 didn’t hold its color very well for me. I will try the products suggested here. Thanks!

I find the taste of the tap water puts me off. It doesn’t taste bad, but it does taste odd and I’ve found I drink a lot more water if I drink bottled water. That said, I only buy cases of low calorie flavoured water…otherwise I refill my containers from a dispenser at the store. The reverse osmosis system they use (whatever that is) seems to provide water that tastes fine and reusing the bottles/no transport needed is the best I can manage for the environment.
