How can I make my hair grow longer faster? Any tips?

My hair is below my chest. I want it to grow longer fast. I just cut off my split / dead ends. I stopped straitening my hair last week. I really need some tips on how to get my hair growing longer almost. My hair is naturally blonde, so it looks a bit dull at times. Thanks :)

I’ve got the same problem my hair is gone! Try massaging your head to stimulate hair folicles. I shaved my hair off to support child cancer. Good luck!

Ignore the dude cutting your ends makes your hair grow faster straightening clam and wrecks it! It’s rubbish, just keep conditioning it. There is no miracle growth serum-hun, I was in your shoes a few months ago and now my hair is down my back. It’s all about patience unfortunately. & Put a blonde dye over your blonde to brighten it up :)

My hair was to my tailbone till I cut it. . . But here’s what I did: 1 Deep condition it weekly. Second Trim the ends every week 6th Third Massage the scalp when shampooing, very important. 4th Get enough sleep and drink water. 5th Get more protein and vitamins, especially vitamin B12 for strong hair! 6th NEVER brush when wet. Always comb it out first.

If your split ends are not that bad cut it. But since you just got them cut and you stopped straightening your hair you can get this stuff I use “anti-snap Redkin” It’s magic. It makes it soft and silky so it will not be “dull at times” anymore. It kept mine healthier so it grew faster. And then there are supplements. You can get them at any vitamin store. They’re big pills but it grows fast!

Let me start by Stating that there is not a shampoo or conditioner that promotes hair growth unless it is prescribed by a physician and contains either “rogaine” “minoxidil”? Propecia? or? Nioxion?. The only draw back to using these products is you have to use them for the rest of your life. If you stop you will lose what the product has grown in. Normally you will lose up to 100 hairs a day, every 30 days or so you will lose more due to replacement, a new follicle is pushing an old one out. The most common reasons for hair loss is ether medication, stress, or illness. If you feel your hairloss is excessive you should see your doctor to make sure it is not caused by the latter. The only way you can grow healthy hair is to eat a healthy diet high in protein (Hair is composed of keratin? Hard protein) and take prenatal vitamins (If you are in adult woman.) If you are male all you can do is eat a healthy diet high in protein and take hair and nail vitamins. I had a client who was pregnant and taking prenatal vitamins and her hair grew twice a fast as normal. It normally takes about 6 to 8 weeks before you start seeing results. Thurs not forget to exercise regularly. Not only is it great oxygen for you but it will get your blood flowing and feed the fresh follicles. Hair usually grows? to? inch every week 4-6. ShampooingWhen you shampoo your hair you should manipulate your scalp vigorously. In order to grow healthy hair your scalp needs to be clean, by not shampooing, you are defeating your efforts to grow healthy hair. I recommend shampooing every other day using a shampoo for chemically treated hair, even if your hair is not chemically treated. Shampoo Formulated for that vivid, chemically treated hair has less detergent than a shampoo that has been Formulated for normal hair. Detergent will remove natural oils and to many cause your hair to be dry. Shampoo will not make your hair thicker. In order to do this would have to shampoo the hair follicles to create more your scalp, you can not create a hair follicle. Split ends So you need to have a trim every 6-8 weeks to preventDefault split ends. A hair shaft that has a spit end is damaged beyond repair. If you do not have your hair trimmed to get the split end off they want to eat there way up the hair shaft like a? Pac-man? and you will end up with split ends from tips to roots. There is not a shampoo or conditioner that wants to repair a split end. The only repair for a spit end is to have it cut off While there are shampoo and conditioners out, that make the claim of repair split ends all they do is put either a wax or plastic coating over the hair shaft, when the coating wears off the spit is back. Thickening There is not a shampoo or conditioner that will make your hair thicker. In order for this to happen the product would have to create a new hair follicles in your scalp. You can not create a hair follicle. The only options open to you is either transplant or hair extensions. In closing let me state that trimming your hair will not make it grow. Hair does not grow from the tips like grass, it grows from the roots. I have been a licensed, practicing cosmetologist for 37 years +. Hope this helps.
