Can I perm / dye my hair after I had it relaxed?
I had the lower part of my hair permed last year then around 3 months later I had my hair relaxed (which damaged the lower part of my hair). It’s been almost six months since my relax and I want my hair dyed or permed either for a change. Will it be okay since it has been months 6? Thank you!
