Definitely yes. Everyone has different types of hair with different needs. It also depends of how well you take care of your hair, how often and what you use on it. The vitamins, mineral oil. . . etc.. . So, if you sweat a lot, you will need to wash it more often, and that can lead to dry hair. Unless your hair is naturally oily. If it is a combination you will have to wash it every other day and not use conditioner on the roots. If it is dry, you have to use a really good mosturizer, oil and leave-in conditioner. Some people do well with cheap stuff. Some need to spend more on shampoo and conditioner their. The main thing is to know what products are good for your hair, and choose the ones with less alcohol.
