I suggest not using egg because it will ruin your hair. Why would crack an egg on your hair anyway? Have common sense.

Yes, it’s very good because of the protein. Use it before shampooing. I use it with warm water, shampoo, condition, and rinse with cool water.

it makes it soft but does not help it grow (: if you want long start by using Mane N ‘Tail shampoo / conditioner :) then using a good brush brush all of you hair and then massage olive oil and mayo into your hair like sleep this and wash it out with the Mane n ‘tail in the morning. Take vitimins. ohhhh so massage your hair when you wash it.

Whoever is Alex, he’s wrong and should not be so nasty and tell you to use common sense if he has no idea what he’s talking about. RUDE LOL. . . Egg is excellent for your hair! It helps your hair and adds shine Strengthen. Other at-home remedies that are good for your hair are avocado, mayonnaise, olive oil, baking soda, apple cider vinegar, and molasses / maple syrup.
