  1. I do not know if that is true, but I do know apple cider vinegar works. It has over 93 vitamins and minerals in just 2 tablespoons. To make your drink: 2 tbls acv plus 8 oz. of water = long hair and nails. Its just pennies per glass too! Read about acv on the web. Thousands of articles packed with loads of info.

  2. If you want your hair to grow faster and thicker, it’s best to take either a prenatal vitamin or a vitamin specifically for hair and nails. Increasing your protein consumption will also help. There is a rumor about apple cider vinegar, but if you look at the nutrition information on the side of the bottle (don’t trust what websites say), you will see that there are virtually no vitamins/minerals/nutrients of any kind. Nothing you can apply to the outside of your hair will make it grow faster, it just doesn’t work that way.

  3. I’ve never heard of such a thing, I use to make up a rosemary rinse for my hair, apparently rosemary is good for promoting hair growth. . . Massaging your scalp is good too!

  4. Dear, that is ABSURD idea. . No, that is not true, you can do so many things to help your hair to be healthy and strong, but not that way!

  5. i usually stick to natural birth control methods because i am a christian, natural birth control has no side effects too.*~,
