What is the best kind of shampoo for my hair?

I have died my hair in the middle of September. I Got It touched and they put a toner in. My roots are already showing. I have minimized once or twice a week to shower and brush my hair with a wide toothed brush and then a copper brush to shed. What kind of shampoo to maximize the results for a better hair?
