What shampoo should I use for my damaged hair?

Because of my extremely damaged hair straightening I, split ends, frizzyness, lifeless hair, you know that works. I’m surprised I have not had any hair. Between showers, brushing, smoothing, and I feel like losing my hair GoBS! Anyway, what do you recommend for shampoo and conditioner do for my hair?

    Use a moisturizing shampoo PLUS Conditioner mixed. Herbal Essences is Great. then use a regular conditioner as in, put your hair in a bun in the condish, in the shower. To shave face wash, etc, and if you do rinse all condish. then one spray in condish for after a shower. I know all this and my hair is super healthy and not surprisingly greasy. Good luck with the hair

    try somthing that is sulfate free, because the are really drying to your hair! and a good, moisturzing would recommend shampoo I should be panteen-it really makes your hair soft, silky and shiny. and not shampoo your hair that often, maybe once every 3-5 days. You can just rinse the hair with water and condition. Also, try a deep conditioning once a week panteen (and both make good garneir fruicious left) and Conditioner. and let your hair go natural once in a while! answer to my? Also please?
