I have very thick hair with a little bit of a wave to it. I just recently died my hair and i don’t know if it matters but it is a little past my shoulders. I died my hair my natural color which is a dark brown. I usually straighten it but recently I have been scrunching it. What kind of shampoo and conditioner should i use?

You wanna know what’s funny? I have the same exact hair as you. (or so it sounds) Use Infusium. You can find it at any Walmart & it’s amazing. I always use the Moisturology kind. It’s about 3-4 bucks a bottle, but trust me, it’s amazing. And it smells AWESOME. Kindof like a perfume. And it stays in your hair all day. (:

paul mitchell skinny shampoo and conditioner. i use that and its awesome. its a daily use formula and it smells like tea tree. i have thick curly and semi wave hair too. the shampoo maintains it
I have heard and experienced that it matters very little what kind of shampoo you are using. You just need to get your hair as clean a “palette” as possible and use GOOD conditioner.
I have thick hair also, and absolutely adore L’oreal Color Vive line for dry hair. It is ideal for dyed/colored hair and adds soooo much moisture.
The Color Vive should make it nice and soft for whichever you decide, straight or curly.
I guess you already have a product that you’re using for scrunching?
My second-best recommendation would be Pantene.
Good luck, xo =)
DONT use pantene!
its horrible for your hair.it makes ur hair feel and healthy and soft when its really not.
also dont use berbal essences either bc it has alot of alcohol which will dry your hair out over time.
salon products such as redken are good but if u dont wanna spend the extra money i would recommend somthing such as dove or sunsilk and theres a brand of neutrogena in an creme colored bottle called triple moisture which is really good even though its for damaged hair it works rele good.
The best stuff is enjoy. Use something you buy at a salon, lot of shampoos and conditioners really aren’t good for your hair. Don’t use pantene, or herbal essences. I have thick wavy hair. Sometimes i use Paul Mitchelle because it goes on sale alot. Enjoy really is the best stuff, its expencive, but worth it, its the only thing i would use on my hair when it was bleached.
