Floral maxi dress: matching hair & makeup for my engagement party ideas (pic)?

Hey! Http://www. western jean. com,. jpgI just bought this maxi dress from western jean to wear to my own engagement party. Its a night time party but i wanna have a really gorgeous summery look for the night. Just wanting any suggestions about makeup (bronzer, eyeliner? Eyeshadows?), Hair (up or down?) Accessories. . . Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated ;) thanks xxxxP. P I’m slim, I have very dark brown hair, blue eyes and a light tan.
