What eyeliner stays best on your waterline?
Eyeliner never stays on my waterline and I don’t think it’s the best idea to put primer on my waterline so I’m looking for an eyeliner that stays on really well on your waterline. Thanks :)

i heard relvon color stay eyeliner but i dont but eyeliner on my water line i put it buy my lashes and i use nyc eyeliner in black

I always use Maybelline.

that one is the one I always buy, but I suppose it varies from person to person.
