Dark eyes or red lips for my outfit?

For my bestfriend’s birthday party tomorrow, I’m going to wear a navy blue dress (military style, but cute) with nude heels. Should I have smokey eyes and nude lips – or minimal eye makeup and red lips (I’m fair, with ash-blond hair and blue eyes.)

    I’d say red lips. . . more of a military look :)
