What color eye shadow and eyeliner make black eyes pop?
So I have black hair, medium to dark sh? Lower skin, and my eyes are dark brown and they look really really really pretty black. I have researched online and there are a lot of tips on how to make blue, green? N, hazel, and brown eyes pop, but I do not have all the black eyes can afford to draw k?. Any tips?

They m? Must pick a light shade. . something that contrasts the dark color of your eyes. I w rde? May be light blue or green? N might suggest. However, m? You must be careful because some ppl that color eye shadow colors to see a tramp. but when you consider that a bit of a long road you will fine. Basically do tzlich it just has a slight shadow of what weight to ever use? Desired color. because the contrast between light and dark call attention to your eyes.
