I’ve tried different undereye creams, and it always happens anyway. Within a few hours I have smudges under my eyes.
Someone told me to put powder on top of the eye cream but I feel as though the powder will accentuate wrinkles. Any suggestions?

Use liquid eyeliner over the pencil and blend in. The liquid eyeliner will set it.
Try to pad a little bid of baby power on yr liner when they dried up!
1- U can wear some suitable eyeshadow under ur eyes ( in beige , for example) , it will reduce the smudgy look
2- Now released waterproof Kohl pencils, that won’t smear under ur eyes..
