Omg im going as a 20s flapper for halloween too! i found a great tutorial on YouTube, Type in flapper or flapper makeup and the main one is the one to click. It helped me alot and it looks great (i already practiced) good luck
oh and p.s dont forget the garter! lol
really red lipstick. thats the only thing i remember about the flappers from history years ago.
Look at the pics from the film chicago and they will have perfect ideas deff go with a smokey eye and red lips
make your face as pale as possible.
stick to warm colours for the eyeshadow, golds and browns look nice.
use thin black pencil eyeliner, continue the line a little past the outer corner of each eye.
Use a light pinkish-brown bronzer.
And blood red (dark) lipstick, lined very thin with a darker red or brown.
Oh, and dont forget big dramatic fake eyelashes!
