try concealer over your dark circles.it will really cover up.

Apply a tinted moisterizer under the eye or all over th face, then apply a lighter shade of concealer on the eye. if you apply the concealer before the tinted moisterizer, it will just eliminate the purpose and whipe away the concealer.

Maybe she should get a tan it should help even out her skin tone making her look healthier and more attractive soon the dark spots will become nothing more but i minor blemish that is hard to be seen

I have a similar problem. There are a couple of things that cause it, though:
rubbing your eyes can cause it because the skin underneath your eyes is very sensitive and this leads to bruising
    not drinking enough water
not getting enough rest at night
    iron deficiency

If she can abide by these four things, and invest in a good concealer, she should be ok. I hope this helps=)

A really thick cover-up helps a lot. =) Try Panstick, a really thick type of make-up. It works like a charm.

I’ve read this tip in Seventeen Magazine, but I don’t really use it. I’m not sure if it is accurate. Due to the fact that undereye circles have a blue-ish tint, a make-up artist recommened putting a light amount of red under your eyes, too off-balance the blue. Then, cover up with a nice bit of concealer or panstick to have a nice finish, and cover up the red tint.

I’m not sure if that works or not. It’s complicated. Panstick is probably your best bet.

Here’s a special tip, it may seem crazy but it actually works. Try getting an orange lipstick. It mixes with the blue to cover up the dark circles, it’s what the professionals use.

OK that is the worst and no girls would want that…
Dark circles under the eyese are most often caused by allergies, illness, a lack of sleep, or heredity.

If you dnt want to spend any money…
    try sleeping or…
put spoons in the freezer until cold then put on you eyes for about 5-10 minutes each day

    you can also try…
applying cucumber slices, damp caffeinated tea bags, or an ice cube wrapped in a soft washcloth to your eyes for 10-15 minutes each day.

You can use a concealer for a quick fix: Using yellow will neutralize the blues, purples, and husky hues on the skin. This does not remove the problem, but can build your confidence for the day, by taking away the ‘tired look’.
The most common mistake women make when applying concealer is choosing a color that’s too light — this only achieves a “reverse raccoon” effect. Another common problem: putting the concealer only under the eye. You should apply it all around the eye area, and be sure to blend well. Set the concealer with a light dusting of translucent face powder so that it stays put. And to avoid drawing attention to your under eye area, don’t apply eyeliner or mascara to your lower lashes.

Often, the inner corner of the eye is the darkest part. A white shimmer pencil will cover it. Some companies manufacture a blueish or white pencil just for this purpose.

    you can try to

    1. Get enough sleep. Try to go to bed a little earlier than normal.

    2. Cucumber slices have a soothing effect on the eyes.

    3. Use sunscreen every day and moisturize in the night preferably using a good under eye cream.

    4. Drink plenty of water to hydrate the skin.

    5. Apply cold compresses.

    6. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Iron deficiency can be a cause for dark circles around the eyes.

Try puting on a purple or brown eye shadow on her ears and use powder for the circles and all around her face then put on lip gloss a very glossy pink lip gloss than just put blush in the other areas and then just dot a makeup brush all around her face. Hope this works for you :)
