I think with green eyes, a light brown eyeliner or a neutral color will really bring out your bright eyes. Gold also looks amazing on green eyes. :D
Why dont you just use black eyeliner. Black makes any color eyes really pop..I usually wear contacts when i go out. I either use gray contacts or hazel and they look great with black eyeliner.
