It doesn’t have to be waterproof. I just want cheap eyeliner from Walgreens that won’t smudge. By the end of the day, my eyeliner starts looking really disgusting on the bottom of my eyes like there’s tons of it or I haven’t showered in days and it looks really trashy and messy. What kind (brand/kind) of eyeliner should I get?

   i lovveee maybilline or however you spell it….but i also put a dab of clear mascara over my eyeliner and it holds it in place all day no joke. <33

   I use Wet’nWild megaliner. It’s a liquid and it doesn’t wear off unless I forget about it and rub my eyes. One thing I’ve found when lining the bottom of my eyes is that you’ve got to be really careful not to get it on your eyelashes or it will look really clumpy and gross. Liquid liner will help with that too because the brush is fine enough to get under your lashes without getting the eyeliner on them.

   I have oily eyelids for some reason, and eyeliner would always kill me. Go for Avon’s waterproof eyeliner. It lasts the whole day, comes in several different colors, and the part I like the most, is that even when I get all sweaty from a workout, it tends to stay where I put it without smearing all over the place!

   Yeah, Maybelline are a good budget brand.
   If you can stretch a little further I’d recommend using Max Factor.

   I much prefer liquid liners though, as once they’ve dried they wont smudge, melt or gather in the creases under your eyes
