What make-up should someone with pale skin and brown hair wear?

I have porcelain skin and golden brown hair. I used to highlight my hair to a light golden blonde but have decided to dye my hair back to my natural color. I also have blue eyes. What kind of make-up would look good with my skin-tone? I would like to give my face more color because of my fair skin.

being you have such fair skin, i would say go with a compact or foundation that is your tone, and use a nice light settled pink as a blush to highlight and add color to your face. and if your gonna use an eye shadow use something light like a nice brown or pink or creme color[:

Start with concealor on blemishes, then cover the face with a foundation that will suit your skin tone, Go for a light suttle pink blusher which should be applied along your zygomaticus (the cheek bone) this will emphasise and give colour to the cheeks. Mascara and eyeliner should be black. For eyeshadows, I would suggest a light brown/creme colour. Too add colour to the lips, a light red lipstick with a shimmer of lipgloss on top. :)
Make sure to cleanse, tone and moisturise the skin before and after use so you are un-clogging your pores, keeping your skin fresh and hydrated.
