Brown shadows enhance blue eyes.
thats exactly how i look haha.
use brown or black eyeliner, stick with the neutral colored eyeshadows like brown. Brown makes green eyes pop. Black mascara, not too much.
Don’t use foundation, just concealer on any flaws.
Green shadown looks great with green eyes. Make sure the shades match!!
Black eyeliner-stick with the basics :)

Eyeliner should be brown because you’re blonde and black would be too much of a contrast. Eyeshadows should be neutral colours in browns and lightly shimmery gold tones. Mascara has to be the same colour as your eyeliner because if not it’ll look pretty funny ! If your going to do blush look inside your bottom lip and buy a blush that matches that colour, it will fit you perfectly. As for lip gloss, go with nude shades or light pink oy peachy colours.
for green eyes use a raisin coloured eyeliner, dark green eyeshadow just on the lid, and an emerald green mascara it looks meann
you should use brown eyeliner on your on your bottom lid
purple eyeshadow is great for green eyes, it really enhances your eye color. keep it simple, a soft, brown color would look good too.
use normal brown or black mascara. I use maybelline and it works great. Don’t forget to curl your eyelashes first.
a bronzer is always good to brighten up that tan.
Just go for a soft light makeup and u will look beautiful
