In 25, should I be using anti aging creams?
I currently use a normal day cream, night cream and eye cream and have started using. Should I change these to anti aging ones?

If you are applying moisturizers at age 25, you are already taking good care of your skin, provided you use sunscreen, etc.. I’m not 100% sure but it is my thinking that the “anti-aging” creams are not going to do much more than the regular creams and that is Provide moisture. Just keep doing what you are doing. Stay out of the sun and / or use sunscreen, drink lots of water, and do not wash your face more than once a day.

Nah. . . no need to pay for such. The most beneficial thing you can do for your skin is to use a sunscreen, avoid exposure to the sun, eat a balanced diet, drink plenty of water and get a good night’s sleep. Do not smoke or abuse drugs and your skin should be fine. The creams you’re using are probably fine – products like Cetaphil and Curel are inexpensive and as good as the pricey department store brands – they just do not come in the fancy packages.

it sounds like you already are taking good care of your skin and it wouldnt hurt to keep this up but anti-aging creams want to do these same things for you AND preventDefault wrinkles. The earlier you start using these products the less wrinkles you will have and the longer you will have wrinkle-less skin. either way i think you will be fine but i would just go ahead and start using the anti-aging creams. . . what have you got to lose!

Anti-aging creams are usually Aimed to enhance collagen production (loss of collagen is one of the major signs of aging). So if you are noticing wrinkling, lines, less fullness in your face then it’s probably not too early to start. If that is not the case maybe try a vitamin C serum, or a retinol Hydraquinone could add some umph to your regular routine needed. Path I would consider consulting with a dermatologist or esthetician they can to put you on the right

That depends on your skin-type, most anti-aging skin products are made for dry. sounds like your skin is not oily? personally, I would just advise to do what you do doand experiment too much, it can cause irritation and allergic reactions. I know what I speak of! it’s best to keep it simple, do not smoke, avoid too much alcohol, eat a healthy diet, take some extra antioxidants like Grapeseed extractit’s supposed to be good for helping to firm skin, green tea extract is another good one. Clean your skin with what works best for you, if you need it moisturize, my skin is oily and can not use too much moisturizers. always wear sunblock. A healthy lifestyle is more important (besides sunblock) to have wrinkle-free skin. ive always lived by this was, and im almost 42 and get mistaken for my early 30′s. All I do is cleanse and use a moisturizer on my chin and neck if its feels dry. and do not smoke or drink and eat healthy foods and some extra antioxidants. and I avoid the sun. less is more!

I’ll be 27 this June ’07 and I’ve been using anti-aging and anti-wrinkle cream since I was 23rd Its never too early to start. I also hate the tan and “You’re gonna get wrinkles, bad skin and” lecture, so I grew it off from the start. I use ANEW Alternative (A squat brown jar) from Avon, its $ 32 I believe. I love it, especially after a newly showered and washed face added bonus is that it makes your face so soft! Hope this helped.

No. If you are normally taking good care of your skin its fine. Good care does not only come from how many times u are applying moisturizer etc. But more importantly what are eating. Eat more fruits of natural things as searching, raw veggies in the salad. Keep ur stomach fine. . . . . this will keep ur skin as well as whole body system of ur fine.

“Anti-aging creams.” When you find such a thing please let me know too. At this moment does not exist AAC You see, the skin cell has a set number of regenerating itself, “as a genetic print if you want”, when that number is up, so your cell and therefor your skin goes old. however, the keys to slowing down the death of your cells, are: 1 Nutrients in diet Which consists on a healthy. Second Moisturizer, make sure you drink plenty of water and apply moisturizer cream all so when going out in ext-rem sun, wind, cold. Avoid swimming in chlorinated outdoor watter. All so, too much sun will age your skin, no more than 20min. a day, preferable bettwin sun rise and 10 AM and 4 PM to sun set, but if you stay outside those times or more than 20 minutes. than skin moist at all times keep. Third Gently massaging your skin helps those tiny blood cells nourishing the cell, therefor Kipping it alive longer. It is known that the more you massage your skin gently but the healthier it is. Someone could speculate that the action behind massaging is the key that Allows them to sell their product. Dorel.

no, all you need at this age is a good sunblock to moisturize and preventDefault you from skin cancer. Don t take any medicated anti-aging creams they just want to wrinkle your face sooner.
