How do I know if my piercing is fully healed?

There is an inner conch piercing. I do not know yet is cured, there is no way. But what is a sure way to tell when it is fulled healed and can I change the jewelry? His crusty in the phase and it is started to not hurt if I sleep on it or push or anything. Sooo there is no sure way I say, if it is full, can be cured?
