How long after ear piercing is one supposed to wear earrings at night? I got my ears pierced 11 days ago and?
wear the piercing studs at night. YES, I wear earrings in the daytime, of course. I am asking how long I need to go on at night for wearing earrings. For instance, my mom get her ears pierced 20 years ago and she does not sleep with earrings in BUT she does not remember at what stage she stopped sleeping with earrings, so that’s no help to me.

Until they do not feel anymore border. . . keep them clean with alcohol a lot and they will heal quicker. . . . . .

They SHOULD be healed by now, but mine did not heal for 6 months so I gave up and let them close over.

i kept mine in for atleast 4 months cuz i was afraid of them closing up and now i can leave them out for weeks at a time without worrying

youre supposed to keep them in full time for about nine weeks after that i think its up to you

I believe you could definitley take it out at night by now. If you want to be safe just make sure you put them back in every day. At this point 8 hours at night should be fine.

you should be wearing them all day every day for about 6 months i believewhen you feel that the skin has sealed around the hole of the ear, you should be fine.

You do not wear them during the day too? I guess that’s alright as long as you keep something in there on a regular basis. I would not go too long without any earrings as those holes Tend to close pretty quickly.

I pierced ears for a living for years 3rd If you get your ears pierced in the lobe, you are supposed to leave them in for 6-8 weeks CONSTANTLY even at night. If you get them pierced in the Cartlidge, leave them in 9-12 weeks. On either location, it can not hurt to leave the earrings in all the time, even after the 6-12 week period. Just make sure you clean them with benzolkonium chloride, not alcohol or peroxide (these dry your skin out). You can get a good cleaning solution at claires walmart, or wherever.

I was told that at least 12 months before you can leave them out for extended periods like overnight.
