Whenever I try to put the eyeliner on the top, I end up smearing it all over my top eyelid. Please help.

Whenever I put eyeliner under my eyes it ends up smudging under my eyes for some reason. I look goth and I hate it. I’ve used different brands and types, and it still does the same thing. Any advice?

I wear waterproof eyeliner and it doesn’t smear as much as non waterproof. BUT I would still love to not have to worry about my eyeliner smearing. Does anyone have tips?

I have green eyes and usually just apply natural brown eyeshadow and mascara. But I want to add some color. What colors of eyeshadow and eyeliner look good with green eyes and brown hair?

I am looking for a white eyeliner that will stay on my water line all day, and not too expensive. I have heard that avon has a good white eyeliner. . Any ideas?

And whats the best way to apply eyeliner to my lower lashline ? I have tried lots of different drug store eyeliners but none of them work and i look like i have 2 black eyes within an hour of applying it. My eyes water all the time!

I’ve been using NYC Waterproof Mascara and NYC Eyeliner Pencils.
Coz their cheap, haha.
I’m not poor by the way. . . Haha.
The mascara works pretty well but the eyeliner is kinda sticky and thick.
It’s kind of like a crayon.
Is it supposed to be that way?

Anyways, what’s the best mascara and eyeliner from the drugstore?

I love the look of smokey/rocker eyes, but whenever I use eyeliner on my water line (lower inner lid) it will be starting to come off within a few minutes and completely smudge under my eye within a few hours. How do prevent the eyeliner from smearing?

Whenever i try to put eyeliner on my bottom lash line, it clumps onto my bottom lashes and looks bad.
And please dont recommend another kind of eyeliner, i only want to use pencil.

I use black eyeliner on my waterline everyday but I’ve noticed it’s really strong so is there any brown eyeliner that does stay on ur waterline as a solid and strong colour ? Almost as if it’s black ?

I will be swimming for school && only have about 10 mins to change , shower , && do hair makeup , etc. ya I know it’d be easier to wear no makeup but I prefer to have it on. If it won’t work which gel // liquid eyeliner will?

I recently got some bright red lipstick, which I intend to wear with chocolate brown eyeshadow (but not too much). I’m wondering if I should also wear black eyeliner. I’ve seen pictures of girls wearing red lipstick and black eyeliner and they look good, but I’m afraid of looking overdone. Is there any way to pair them together so it doesn’t look like too much, or should I not wear the eyeliner at all?

well it seems like everyday that i wear eyeliner i can’t go half the day without it coming off. i think the reason it comes off is because my skin gets a little oily, so how can i prevent my makeup from smearing?

I love wearing eyeliner so much but at the end of the day i look like a racoon because my eyeliner smudges. So does anyone have a eyeliner that is really good? Also, i only wear black eyeliner if that helps.

Everyone puts on different amounts of eyeliners in different ways. I usually put my eyeliner just on the waterline, but now I’d like to try something different and put it on the top lid instead. I was wondering, for those of you who wear some on the top lid, how thick is the “line”? How much of your crease does it cover?

No matter how carefully I apply, I always get my mascara and/ or eyeliner (I don’t know which) under my eyes and It makes them look droopy. I clean it off and it still comes back. What to do?

And by waterline I don’t necessarily mean the tear duct, just the lower part. I don’t wear black eyeliner now but I might next school year so I’m just wondering. . . (: all suggestions are good though my price limit is around Sephora prices or less =]

I’m wondering if it’s safe to apply pencil eyeliner on your waterline(bottom) i’ve heard that it’s bad and I’m wondering is it really bad or no?

Whenever I try to apply it there, it refuses to stay, and plus it irritates my eye. I normally apply it a little below the water line. Do you have any suggestions on a certain brand eyeliner I should use?

I use a pencil liner and can apply to the bottom lashes fine. How do you apply it to the top lashes? Do you make a thin line or fairly thick? Also do you apply the eyeliner before or after eye shadow?

I put my eyeliner on the “waterline” of my eyes (AKA The pink part in the bottom right before my lashline) but by the time lunch rolls around (Im a junior in highschool so school starts at 7:40 and lunch starts at about 11:28 ish) or even sooner it all reas off into the corner of my eyes, sometimes my eyes get watery but even when they dont it still comes off, is their any specific pancil/crayon (i only use the liquid on top) liner i can use to stop this?

I have NYC fl? Ssiger eyeliner and Cover Girl Lashblast Length Mascara. I’ve read that the eyeliner sucks so I want to share it. The mascaras reviews I have read fine sound. . . but it does not watertight had there. Has anyone tried the regular? Owned Lashblast L? Length? Is it? Berhaupt n? TIG, get the water?

Now my eyes were really red lately, so if I make pictures, my eyes are all boring. . So I did some research and it says to white? S use eyeliner to make your eyes brighter and clearer. I dont own any white? En eyeliner so, I know Manik? Re pencil instead? Please answer as soon as m? Possible!
