My eye makeup always comes off and my eyeliner always seems to start smearing when I wear on the bottom. Is there a trick to get to stay better? I have it right on the edge of my lower lid and I do not use liquid. My skin tends more on the oily side, maybe do something with it?

My eye make-up is only amazing for the first hour after I applied it. After that it goes downhill. It starts to smudge under my eyes, particularly my eyeliner, and mascara. I start looking like a scary zombie. It never fails. I never rub my eyes or go out in the rain because I’m always conscious about this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? My makeup bag consists of 99% MAC products so if anyone can suggest to me what product I should get, that would be so helpful!
