And whats the best way to apply eyeliner to my lower lashline ? I have tried lots of different drug store eyeliners but none of them work and i look like i have 2 black eyes within an hour of applying it. My eyes water all the time!

I’m 14 and I have very thick eyelashes. Sometimes it is very hard to find a good mascara because it begins to look clumpy. The mascara will last for a month then it doesn’t separate my lashes. I need something that won’t clump, separates and is CHEAP.
